As life is gradually resuming to its earlier pace, educational institutions in the country are also preparing to resume once again. Though the situation is not in control so far, when it comes to public exams like SSC and HSC, we actually cannot afford to arrange another auto-pass system next year. So, the authority concerned had taken the decision and according to the decision, the HSC exam of 2021 will be held following the earlier processes, and this time there will be no auto-pass system.

This means the exam of Higher Secondary School Certificate or HSC and equivalent exams will witness examinee once again just like the regular form of taking this sort of public exam. But this time, the exam will be taken with a curtailed syllabus. The education ministry of Bangladesh has already issued relevant notice and according to that, the HSC exam 2021 will be held accordingly but the syllabus will be reduced. This refers that a few chapters of each subject will be curtailed and these will be out of the syllabus for upcoming HSC or equivalent exams. The statement issued regarding this reads that the HSC exam of 2021 will be held with a reduced amount of syllabus. Therefore, certain chapters will be curtailed from NCTB books and related reading materials of the student.
